About NZ Boat Encyclopedia
Our Mission
To build an online home for NZ boat history,
knowledge and expertise.
Through providing this platform we will create an unofficial archive of NZ boats. We will record and preserve New Zealand boat stories and details from the people that know them best – you.
To do this we need your help!
We have started the encyclopedia and will keep adding boats but we need you to help us. Whether that be adding extra information to the boats already recorded on the site or by adding new boats to our archive.. Either way we want to hear from you.
How It Works
Contributing to a boat already on the site is as easy as leaving a comment on a post. Anyone can comment and join the discussion.
If you think a post needs an update or if you have an image to add, let us know and we will update the post. Get in touch at hello@nzboatencyclopedia.com.
To add a boat to the site go over to the Your Boat page and fill out our boat information form. We will add everything you send us to the site and your boat will become part of the NZ Boat Encyclopedia.
